A: There are multiple avenues for touring. Most commonly we offer self-scheduled and self-guided tours. Additionally, select properties will also feature virtual tours. In-person tours with a leasing agent are also available upon request.

Q: Is there an application fee?

A: Yes. There is typically an application fee that may very from unit to unit.

Q: What are the approval requirements?

A: Here’s a list of our minimum approval requirements:

  • 580+ Credit Score

  • Household Gross Income = 3x's monthly Rent,

  • 0 Bankruptcies in past 3 years

  • 0 Evictions in past 5 years

  • No felonies
